One hour.
You and me.
On a video call, wherever you are. You train with me, or we work on the way you teach. No photocopied programmes: the work is built on you. And the first call is free.
If you ride. If you teach.
The hour is the same, the work is not: tell me who you are and we build it around your goal.
If you ride
- You train with me: individual classes built around you
- Pedal stroke technique: posture, movement, coordination
- Riding on the beat: the BPM, staying inside the music
- A coach who stays with you over time, not a printed plan
If you teach
- Your class, reviewed together: send me the video, we take it apart
- Playlists built around goals, not songs lined up in a row
- Voice and microphone: the tones that lead the room
- Presence on the podium: gestures, timing, how you hold a room
As simple as a call
You need a decent connection and, for the work in the saddle, a bike in front of the camera. For playlists, voice and coaching the computer is enough. Time zones are not a problem: I have worked with people abroad for years.
What it costs
It starts with a free introductory call: we work out your goals and whether this path is the right choice for you. Then we work in a package: five hours are the minimum for a real change.
- First introductory call free, with no commitment
- Five individual 60 minute sessions, on a video call
- A personal plan of work set in the first hour
- Review of your videos between one session and the next
- We build the calendar around your schedule, time zone included
The package must be completed within 4 months of the first session. A session can be moved up to 48 hours beforehand without losing it.
What people always ask me
Does online really work, for something this physical?
For what we do in this hour, yes. Technique shows up on camera, musicality comes through, and voice and coaching are easier to work on online than in the room. And we watch your videos together, freezing the picture where it matters: something you cannot do live.
I do not have a bike at home. Is it still worth it?
If your goal is the pedal stroke, you need a bike in front of the camera. The one at your gym is fine too, if they let you use a corner. If we work on playlists, voice and coaching, the computer is enough.
Which software do we use for the call?
The one you already use: Zoom, Meet or WhatsApp. No new account, no app to learn.
I live abroad. Can we do it?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons the One to One is online. I worked ten years between Asia and Italy: we find a time that works for both of us, whatever your time zone.
And if I then want to become a coach?
The One to One is the best way to work out whether it is for you. If you decide to take the step, there is the certification programme: individual as well, with a final exam and a national instructor diploma issued by an external body.
