A one to one programme with a Master Coach: technique, music, voice and a style that is only yours. The final exam is a real class, led by you.
Who it is for. And who it is not for.
I do not take everyone. The programme is one to one, I follow few people at a time, and I would rather tell you before than after.
It is for you if
- You already ride and you want to move to the other side of the handlebars
- You already teach and you feel you are missing a method
- You want to work in studios, not just hold a qualification
- You are willing to be filmed and to be told what is not working
- You have three to six months to give it properly
It is not for you if
- You are after the fastest and cheapest qualification there is
- You have never done an indoor cycling class
- You want a classroom course over one weekend
- You have no time for the one to one sessions
Four pieces, three to six months
You go at your own pace, but these are the steps and none of them gets skipped. I give you the method and the mindset to get on the podium: leading a class is a journey made of technique and of emotion. Then the style and the personality on the podium you will find for yourself, like every real coach.
The manual
Technique, musicality, building the class. With the class profiles ready to use inside, and the grid I use to assess yours.
The classes
To be ridden, not watched. They all have to be completed, whatever your starting level: they build the condition and the mindset of someone who stands on the podium.
The sessions with me
One to one, on a video call or in Milan. Position, voice, presence in the room, and the review of a class of yours on video.
The final class
The exam is a real class, led by you from start to finish. If you pass it, you get the national instructor diploma, issued by an external body and valid throughout Italy. If you do not pass it, you sit it again: nobody leaves here who cannot teach.
What happens in an hour with me
It is the part you cannot buy anywhere else. Not a recorded video: an hour on your technique, on your voice, on your classes. And on one thing no manual gives you: your own style on the bike. I give you the craft, but you get on the podium with your own identity, not with a copy of mine.

You can pay in one go, or with a deposit of €600 and six monthly instalments of €320. The difference covers the cost of running the instalment plan.
What people always ask me
Do I already need to know how to ride?
Yes. This is not a course for beginners: you must already have done indoor cycling classes and feel at ease in the saddle. If that is not your case, write to me anyway and I will tell you where to start.
How much time do I need each week?
It depends on you, and that is why it runs from three to six months. Those who stay consistent finish sooner. The one to one sessions are arranged together, around your commitments.
How does the final exam work?
You lead a whole class, from start to finish, in front of me. If you hold it, the programme is over and you get the certification. If you do not hold it, we prepare it better and you sit it again. It is not a formality: it is the point of the programme.
Is the certification really valid?
Yes. At the end of the exam you receive the national instructor diploma, issued by an external body and valid throughout Italy. It is not an attendance certificate that I print myself.
Can I work with this qualification?
The diploma is what studios and gyms ask for. You find work if you can hold a class, and that is exactly what we work on. In the last session we work out together how you present yourself to the studios.
Are the sessions with you or with an assistant?
With me. Always. That is why I follow few people at a time.
Can it all be done remotely?
Yes. The manual and the classes are online, the sessions are on video call. If you are in Milan or you can get there, some of them we can do in person.
And if I cannot finish it?
If something serious comes up we talk about it and we put it on hold. The conditions are written in the document you sign before starting: I would rather everything was clear from the first day.
When does the next one start?
There are no fixed dates: you start when you are ready, depending on the places I have free. Write to me and I will tell you the first availability.

There is no shopping cart. First we speak, I work out where you are and I tell you honestly whether it makes sense. If it does not, I say so.
